1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Etsy Integration - EcomZenith and related services provided by EcomZenith Technologies LLP.

By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

The service helps merchants connect Shopify and Etsy workflows, including product sync, inventory sync, and order-related synchronization features.

Service performance depends on third-party platforms, including Shopify and Etsy APIs.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your business/store.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data and actions triggered through your connected accounts.
• You are responsible for protecting your platform credentials and access permissions.

4. Third-Party Platform Dependency

Our app relies on Shopify and Etsy platform services. Changes in their APIs, policies, outages, throttling, or account restrictions can affect app behavior.

EcomZenith is not responsible for platform actions or decisions outside our direct control.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data.
• Do not use the app in ways that violate Shopify or Etsy terms.
• Do not misuse the service to process data without proper legal authority.

6. Billing, Plan Changes, and Cancellations

Billing is managed through Shopify. Plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and prorated adjustments are processed according to Shopify billing behavior and policies.

EcomZenith does not process card details directly.

7. Data Handling

Data handling details are described in our Privacy Policy. Upon uninstall, applicable data is deleted or anonymized from active systems within 48 hours, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, code, branding, and related materials remain the intellectual property of EcomZenith or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your active subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomZenith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect platform and system integrity.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app through Shopify.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
